Complete the following checks:
- Is the additional cardholder either 18 years or older for a Gold/Platinum credit card, or 15 years or older for any other credit cards?
- Are you wanting to add an additional cardholder to a personal credit card and not a Business or Commercial credit card?
- Does the credit card have less than three additional cards on the account or two if the credit card is a Joint account?
(Note: This does not include any mobile wallet cards. If you wish to add a mobile wallet card, you are able to complete this via ANZ goMoney). - Is the credit card a Visa card?
If you answer yes to the above checks, you’re able to request to add an additional cardholder to an existing credit card in the following ways:
- Call 0800 658 044 between 8am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm weekends and speak with an ANZ representative.
- Complete section 2 ‘Add an additional cardholder/s to my credit card’ on the Credit Card Account Maintenance Form.
Post the completed form to the address provided on the form or take it to your nearest branch. (Note: The application will take 1-2 business days to process and once processed, the card will take 3-5 business days to arrive unless specified). - You can visit any ANZ branch or call 0800 269 296 to book an appointment.
