Common payment file upload problems

Why won't my payment file upload?

You will need to check that the extension of your file is correct. You may need to recreate the file in your accounting software and select the correct format.

If you find that one line within the file is showing an error when uploaded, it's possible that the account number loaded into your accounting software is an incorrect length.

Generally, if your accounting software has created the file for you and you haven't altered it in any way, it should upload into your ANZ Internet Banking seamlessly.
