Joining a MyMeeting meeting on a desktop computer

How do I join a MyMeeting meeting on my desktop computer?

Go to the MyMeeting website. We suggest using Google Chrome, as it has additional functionality such as screen sharing. 

Follow the below steps:

1. Input the Conference ID and your Name, and click on "SETTINGS"

2. In the dropdown boxes for Camera and Microphone, make sure your devices are selected. Click on "OK" once happy.

3.  If you see the below prompt during set up, in relation to Adobe Flash Player, select "Allow", tick "Remember", and click "Close"

4.  Once you have confirmed your settings, click on "CONNECT".

5.  Select the Guest option on the next screen, and input the Guest PIN provided to you by the host.

6.  Click on the "CONNECT" button, and you will join the conference.
