If you’re using a supported operating system and a supported browser, but still having trouble accessing ANZ Internet Banking, the following additional check may help:
- Refresh your browser
Enter the following on your keyboard
- Mac - CMD + R
- Windows® - CTRL + F5 or Shift + CTRL + F5
- Disable any Plugins or Add-ons being used by your browser
Some Plugins or Add-ons may interfere with ANZ Internet Banking. Instructions on how to disable these can be found below – choose the link relating to your browser
Certain Add-ons have technology settings that aren’t compatible with the settings of ANZ Internet Banking. If you use ANZ Internet Banking in conjunction with those Add-ons, ANZ Internet Banking won't work.
