Finding old loan statements

You can get previous loan statements from ANZ Internet Banking, and ANZ goMoney, by calling us on 0800 269 296 or visiting any ANZ branch.

ANZ Internet Banking:

1. Log into ANZ Internet Banking
2. Navigate to Documents
3. In the Document Library:
   • Filter statements using the drop down menus
   • Select the loan or account you want the statement or advice letter for
   • Select the date range – you will likely need to select both the current year and ‘last 12 months’ in order to provide the relevant documents to cover the financial year from 1st April – 31st March and then select Search.

The documents will be available to view or download in PDF format.

If you require the statements or transactions in a different format (such as; Excel, CSV format, QIF, OFX or TSV), you will need to export the transaction history.

ANZ goMoney

1. Log into ANZ goMoney on your smartphone
2. Navigate to Services > Your Documents
3. Tap on the account you wish to view statements for
4. View/download required statements.
