Here are some checks to complete if you have not received your OnlineCode:
- Under OnlineCode preferences, double check that the mobile phone number is correct
- Have you recently updated your OnlineCode mobile phone number?
- If yes - you will need to log off and log back on again to ensure the new number has been registered
- If you are overseas, ensure roaming settings are enabled on your mobile (roaming charges may apply)
- Try rebooting/switching off your mobile, this will force the phone to reconnect with your mobile provider
- Try to action the request again; this should then resend a new OnlineCode TXT
