Reasons for not receiving an OnlineCode

Why haven't I received my OnlineCode?

Here are some checks to complete if you have not received your OnlineCode:

  1. Under OnlineCode preferences, double check that the mobile phone number is correct
  2. Have you recently updated your OnlineCode mobile phone number?
    • If yes - you will need to log off and log back on again to ensure the new number has been registered
  3. If you are overseas, ensure roaming settings are enabled on your mobile (roaming charges may apply)
  4. Try rebooting/switching off your mobile, this will force the phone to reconnect with your mobile provider
  5. Try to action the request again; this should then resend a new OnlineCode TXT
