If you are unsure why you have received an OnlineCode, here are some checks to complete:
- Have you recently made a payment or updated your details through ANZ Internet Banking?
- Do you have an accounting package (Xero, MYOB, etc.) linked to your ANZ Internet Banking?
- If yes - You may have the 'Logon' preference selected, and the account package is attempting to download transactions. You can choose whether to keep the 'Logon' preference on or manually download the transactions to your accounting package
