If your EFTPOS, Visa Debit or personal credit card has been lost or stolen, you must report it to ANZ immediately. We are available 24/7 to assist.
You can report your EFTPOS, Visa Debit or personal credit card as lost or stolen by by using ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ goMoney, via 'Manage Cards' (under 'Your Settings' in ANZ Internet Banking and 'Services' in ANZ goMoney).
Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 650 535, or if you are overseas you can call us on +64 4 470 5019 (toll charges apply). We can then block your card and order you a new one if required.
