What do I do if I have forgotten my ANZ goMoney PIN?

You can reset your PIN from the ANZ goMoney log in screen.

  1. Open the ANZ goMoney app on your smart phone
  2. From the Enter Security PIN screen, navigate to Menu > Forgot My PIN

  3. Enter your Customer Number and Internet Banking password
  4. Select Continue
  5. Enter in the OnlineCode sent by text message to your nominated mobile phone
  6. Select Continue
  7. Enter and confirm a new 4-digit security PIN
  8. You can now use your new PIN.
