You can either apply online to open a new ANZ account, or visit any ANZ branch to do that. If you apply online, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to pop into an ANZ branch so that we can verify your address and identity.
- Start your application for an ANZ account online
- visit any ANZ branch in New Zealand with Photo ID and proof of address.
Once you have been verified, you may get a standard ANZ EFTPOS or a Visa Debit Card (you can pick one up or order one while you are at the branch, or order it to be delivered by calling us on 0800 269 296). Once you have your ANZ EFTPOS or Visa Debit Card, you can go online and create your MyPhoto Visa Debit Card.
