Setting up Apple Pay

Check you have an eligible Apple device before you set up your ANZ cards on Apple Pay.  You will need to have Touch ID or a passcode enabled on your compatible device and be signed in to an iCloud account.
Note: You will also need an internet connection to set up Apple Pay.  

Now add your card to Apple Pay:

You can set up Apple Pay from ANZ goMoney or from the Apple Wallet app.

From ANZ goMoney

1. Log into goMoney.
2. Tap the Payments menu.
3. On the Payments screen tap the Apple Pay icon.
4. Select the card you wish to add to Apple Pay.
5. If your iPhone is paired to an Apple Watch, select the device you wish to add your card to.
6. Tap next, and read and agree to the ANZ with Apple Pay Terms and Conditions.
7. For security purposes we may send you a verification code via text message or ask you to call us.

Note.  This process must be  repeated for each card you wish to add.

From the Apple Wallet app:

On iPhone:

1. Open the Apple Wallet app or if using your iPad go into Settings and tap 'Wallet & Apple Pay'. Tap the plus sign in the upper right corner.
2. To add an eligible ANZ card to Apple Pay:
   • if your eligible ANZ card is already loaded in iTunes, it will appear as the card on file. You must then enter the CVV (the 3 digit security code on the back of your card) into the security code field.
   • if your card is not loaded into iTunes you can use your device's camera to capture your card's information or enter your card details manually. Then enter the CVV (the 3 digit security code on the back of your card) into the security code field and any other required information.
3. Tap next, and read and agree to the ANZ with Apple Pay Terms and Conditions.
4. For security purposes we may send you a verification code via text message or ask you to call us.

On Apple Watch:

1. You will need to pair your compatible iPhone device with your watch. Compatible iPhones for Apple Watch include iPhone 5 and above. Note: You'll need to add your cards to Apple Watch even if you have already set up Apple Pay on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
3. Tap 'Wallet & Apple Pay' and select 'Add Credit or Debit Card' and tap next.
4. Tap next, and read and agree to the ANZ with Apple Pay Terms and Conditions.
5. For security purposes we may send you a verification code via text message or ask you to call us.
   
   Note: Do not add your card to someone else's device or allow someone else to have access to your iPhone using Touch ID or your passcode, as they can then use your card to pay. You will then be responsible for transactions that are authorised in this way and in breach of the ANZ with Apple Pay Terms and Conditions.
