Can funeral expenses be paid from a deceased customer's accounts

Funeral payments can be made from the deceased customer’s accounts. You or the funeral director need to provide us with the funeral receipt or invoice and complete the funeral expenses claim form.

If there are not enough funds available in the accounts to pay the funeral bill, we may make a partial payment with what money is available.
