You can get previous account statements for open accounts in ANZ Internet Banking, ANZ goMoney or by calling us on 0800 269 296 or visit any ANZ branch.
If you require statements for closed accounts, these can only be accessed by contacting us.
Note: Providing the closed account number will make it easier to find the requested statements.
ANZ Internet Banking
- Log into ANZ Internet Banking
- Navigate to Documents
- In the Document Library, filter statements using the drop down menus and click Search
- View/download required statements from the search results
- Log into ANZ goMoney on your smartphone
- Navigate to Services > Your Documents
- Tap on the account you wish to view statements for
- View/download required statements.
