Stop receiving account statements

How can I stop getting my account statements in the mail?

You can stop receiving paper account statements in the mail by changing your statement options in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ goMoney. Some statements can also be stopped by called us on 0800 269 296 or visit any ANZ branch.

 

ANZ Internet Banking

  1. Log into ANZ Internet Banking
  2. Navigate to Your settings > Change statement options
  3. Select Online only for the accounts you wish to stop statements for.
    Note: You can also set up alerts if you have paper statements turned off for your personal credit card.  These alerts will let you know when your next payment's due.

ANZ goMoney

  1. Log into ANZ goMoney on your smart phone
  2. Navigate to Services > Your Documents
  3. Select Statement Options
  4. Toggle off for the accounts you wish to stop statements for.
    Note: You can also set up alerts if you have paper statements turned off for your personal credit card.  These alerts will let you know when your next payment's due.
