What are the minimum technical requirements for ANZ Internet Banking?

To have the best, and most secure experience when using ANZ Internet Banking, your computer must meet the following minimum technical requirements:

Operating system Windows® 7 or above
Mac OS X 10.10 or above
Supported web browsers Microsoft® Internet Explorer® browser version 11
Microsoft Edge® browser latest version
Mozilla® Firefox® browser latest version
Google Chrome browser latest version
Apple Safari browser latest version
Web browsers require JavaScript enabled
Cookies enabled
Mobile web browsers Apple devices: Safari latest version
Android™ devices: Google Chrome latest version
Internet access Broadband or high-speed connection
A dial-up connection may mean that you notice degradation in the performance

Although we only support the browsers listed above, other unsupported browsers may still work. However, because unsupported browsers aren’t fully tested, certain parts of ANZ Internet Banking may not work perfectly or may not be secure when accessed via an unsupported browser.

Here are some steps to help you check what browser you’re using:

  1. Open your browser and either click:
    • Help on the toolbar (Internet Explorer®)
    • Safari on the toolbar (Apple Safari)
    • The settings icon (Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox)

  2. Then select the About browser option

How do I upgrade my web browser?
