You will need to contact us to close your ANZ credit card account.
Things to remember:
- To close your credit card account you must be the primary cardholder on the card.
- You will need to close any additional cards connected to this account (for example, your partner's card).
- You will continue to be responsible for any transactions made on your card account. The full payment on the card will immediately become due and payable.
- You will also need to cancel any recurring payments from this card account (for example, mobile bill or subscriptions).
