I've lost my EFTPOS/Visa Debit card. What do I do?

If you have lost your EFTPOS or Visa Debit card, you must report it to ANZ immediately. We are available 24/7 to assist.

You can report your card as lost of stolen  using ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ goMoney, via 'Manage Cards' (under 'Your Settings' in ANZ Internet Banking and 'Services' in ANZ goMoney).

Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 650 535, or if you are overseas you can call us on +64 4 470 5019 (toll charges apply). We can then block your card and order you a new one if required.

If you think you know where your card is and know that it hasn't been lost or compromised, you might like to place a temporary block on it, through ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ goMoney. See Place a temporary block on your card for more information. This does not report your card as lost or stolen. If your card is lost or stolen, you must call us immediately as set out above.
