Where can I get technical support for my ANZ FastPay Card Reader?

First, check the following:
  • That your smartphone or tablet, and the operating system are on the compatible device list 
  • That your device and Card Reader have been correctly set up following the instructions in your User Guide
  • Your Card Reader has been sufficiently charged (at least 3 hours before any usage)
If you still cannot get your Card Reader to work properly, contact 0800 249 435.
