First, check the following:
- That your smartphone or tablet, and the operating system are on the compatible device list
- Latest version – Verifone e355 compatible device list
- Older version – Verifone e105 compatible device list
- That your device and Card Reader have been correctly set up following the instructions in your User Guide
- Your Card Reader has been sufficiently charged (at least 3 hours before any usage)
