How do I update my ANZ goMoney app to the latest version?

You can check for, and download the latest version of ANZ goMoney from the App Store under ‘Updates’, or Google Play under ‘My apps & games’.
 
If you need to update your operating system in order to download the latest version of the app, you can do this by:
 
Apple Users
  1. Go to your device ‘Settings’
  2. Select ‘General’
  3. Select ‘Software Update’
  4. Select ‘Download and Install’ and follow the prompts
  5. Once you’ve updated your operating system, simply update to the latest version of goMoney from the App Store.
Android Users
  1. Go to your device ‘Settings’
  2. Select About device’ then ‘Software Update’
  3. Select ‘Install Now’ and follow the prompts
  4. Once you’ve updated your software simply update to the latest version of goMoney from Google Play
 
Insufficient storage
If there is insufficient storage on your mobile device to update your app, or your operating system, you can try the following to clear some storage space:
  • Delete apps you don’t use often or no longer use
  • Save photos, videos or files to your computer then clear them from your device
  • Move apps and photos to an SD card (Android only).
 
Alternatively, you can continue to do your banking securely using ANZ Internet Banking.
