Why is the estimated property value displayed in my ANZ Internet Banking/ANZ goMoney different to the value shown on other property values sites e.g. homes.co.nz or oneroof.co.nz?

Most valuation services use slightly different ways to estimate property values. CoreLogic’s estimated property values are tested and used by a number of New Zealand banks.
