The estimated property value is generally only available for these property types:
- Residential Dwelling (RD) e.g. Houses
- Residential Flats (RF) e.g. Flats
- Residential Apartments (RA) e.g. Apartments
- Lifestyle Improved (LI) e.g. Lifestyle properties
However, the estimated property value will not be available if you have any hidden home loan accounts or if your property is/has:
- Leasehold
- Bare land
- Been recently bought (it may take up to 12 weeks to display)
- In the process of being built, or has recently been built
- Not registered in your personal name, including where it is held in the name of a Trust, Company, or Partnership
- Something on the title suggesting that the property is:
- At risk of hazards such as coastal erosion
- In the red zone or a TC3 property within Christchurch
- Maori owned land or associated with Maori land.
